I am the ELC - Entrepreneurial Leadership Center at Shippensburg University Coordinator and proprietor of BEW - Byrne Educational Works, LLC - an educational services company that provides both individual and organizational consultation. My area of research is the effect of Entrepreneurial Organizational Characteristics on school outcomes.
